Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Gary Alexander Davis, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 in his 83rd year. Born in Port Credit, Ontario on September 1, 1935 to the late James Wesley Davis and the late Myrtle Irene Davis (Gerry). Gary will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Heather, and his children, Lea-Anne (Charles) Henry, Erin (Armando) Gomez, Susan (Fred) Davis Schuetz, Jay (Janet) Davis, and Bruce Davis and by his 10 grandchildren: Brenton, Kayla, Lindsay, Sean, Jasmine, the late Jacob, Megan, Nicholas, Samuel and Haley. Dear brother of Jean Newton, Peggy Chalmers, Bob Davis, and the late Marian Kennedy, Helen Dunn, Joan Delaplante, and Jack Davis. Dear brother-in-law to Bill Blake, Bettianne Hayward, and Bob Blake. He also will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Gary loved and was a promoter of the great outdoors and he instilled that love in his children and grandchildren. His last day was spent fully enjoying the mountains of interior B.C. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. A memorial service will be conducted in the chapel at 5:30 p.m. followed by a reception.

Lea-Anne, I am sorry for your loss and pain. It is never easy to lose a parent, no matter how old we are. Your dad had so much fun with you and your children. Rest easy in the fact that he will be so fondly remembered and he lived life to the fullest
