Hello to my cousin Nancy's family. My mother and your grandmother Rita were sisters. My name is Martha and on behalf od my brothers Steve and Pat we send our condolences to you. We are having a Mass said in your Mom's honour at Church of Our lady in Guelph where your mother was baptized. We all remember your mother with fond memories because she used to come to our house and we went to Aunt Rita's a fair bit as kids when they lived on Harrison Ave Guelph. We are all out of town and some of us out of country and cld not attend your Mom's funeral. Sincerely, Martha, Pat and Steve Downes
John and Nancy so sorry to hear of your loss. May the memories you have of all your wonderful times with your Mom give you comfort at this difficult time. Sending all our love and prayers. Love Christine, Kate, Kyle, Kendra and Kolton.
Nancy was a delightful Red Hat Lady. It was always a joy to chat with her at gatherings. She was an inspiration to us. Bertha-Rose Park Eureka Red Hats Petrolia & Area
Jenn, John, Sue and families I already miss your Mom so very much. She was a very special lady, we laughed at so many things in life, shared stories and had (as she would always tell me) " more fun than two people should have" ! She was an incredibly proud Mom and Nan and always smiled as she shared stories of her families accomplishments. May the wonderful memories you have made over the years, bring you comfort in the days to come. She was truly one in a million !
Dear John & Nancy That picture of your Mom depicts the joy she had in life and shared with others. You have wonderful memories to cherish.
I will miss my feisty Red Hat friend. She brought a real zest of life to our meetings. Her and Pat W would come up with some fabulous parties. She was a fellow "Outlander Fan who was good enough to trade me all her hard covers, which I collect, in return for paper backs. You know who got the best of that deal! She was kind and giving, often opinionated but we all loved her dearly. She will be missed and remembered forever in my heart.
