Passed away peacefully on August 30, 2017 at Kensington Village, a month from her 99th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Garnet (1962). Predeceased by her parents Harry and Edith Huddart, sister Grace Skinner (2003) (Sam 2004), nephew Donald Robinson (2016) and niece Anne Whitworth (2012) (Don 2014).  Survived by her niece Marlene Robinson. Fondly remembered by Vonnie Robinson as well as many great-nieces and nephews. Alberta was a member of Egerton Baptist Church, CN Pensioners Association, Lambeth Horticulture Society, Senior Craft Store and Loyal Star of America.  She loved organizing euchre parties, bus trips and any event with a love for crafts and gardening. Special thanks to Dr. Whynot and the kind and loving care given by the staff of Kensington Village. A funeral service will be conducted at EGERTON STREET BAPTIST CHURCH, 209 Egerton Street, (at Hamilton Road) on Monday, September 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with friends being received by the family one hour prior to the service. Private interment at Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Alberta are asked to consider Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex or a charity of your choice.

My mom Wilma Young and Alberta were good friends. Alberta was such a sweet lady. Love and Prayers to her family and friends.
