After a courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy, Cindy peacefully passed away at home with family at her side, on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017, at the age of 55. Survived by her loving husband Wilf. Loving mother of Shawna, Craig (Kate Loft) and Angela (Andrew). Cherished Nana of Colton, Kenzie and Logan. Loving sister of Eleanor. Survived by her father Harold Doupe. Predeceased by her mother Pat and step-mom Kathy. The family would like to thank all the health support workers, nurses, PSW’s and specialists at University Hospital for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Friday, March 24th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Cindy are asked to consider the LHSC Neurology Department.

No words we say can easy your pain but know that others are thinking of you at this difficult time. Cindy was a fighter for a long time but is resting now without pain and suffering until we meet again cuz.
Wilf, Shawna, Craig, Angela, Mr. Doupe and families: My heart aches for all of you on the passing of your dear Cindy. She was an incredible woman who left her mark on all who knew her. Her trailer park friends will certainly miss seeing her riding around on the golf cart and enjoying her company and beautiful smile at the camp fire gatherings. Uncle Tom, Wilf and family. I am very saddened to know of Cindy's passing. I know these last few years had difficulties and I had not seen much of her in the past few years. Even though I feel the sorrow of Cindy's passing I never really know what to say. I do remember all the times I shared with her over the years, even when we were children. Gone too soon. Rest in Peace Cindy.
Very sorry to hear of your loss Wilf and family. In death, victories seem small, but in battling this disease for as long and courageously as Cindy managed, she scored a major validation of character. I'm sure your pride in Cindy is an integral part in helping manage your grief.
It was a privilege to have gotten the opportunity to get to know Cindy while assisting her as she,with optomism and resilience, fought her courageous battle. She was an amazing and wonderful person and I will miss our visits,as I am sure the rest of her psw team would agree, she was a positive influence and a pleasure to spend time with.
Harold, Wilf and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Cindy was a lovely lady and is now your guardian angel. You have her love and memories to comfort you always.

Wilf, Shawna, Craig, Angela, Mr. Doupe and families: So sorry for your loss. Cindy was a great friend to all, a beautiful person inside and out, who showed courageous courage throughout her entire fight with MSA. Our trailer park friends are going to miss her cheery attitude and her beautiful smile and her presence at our camp fires. Rest in peace Cindy.
