Monty worked with my husband Randy MacDonald at Thames Valley Ambulance for many years. He was a remarkable man and we had a great deal of respect for him. He could accomplish more in a given time than anyone Randy knew. He was organized, steady and never let frustration or aggravation deter him, even when he had gone from plan A and was on plan G. He was 'steady as she goes' always. Our lives were enriched by having known him as well as his dear wife Jean.
