It is with great sadness that the family of Denise Purcell, better known to most as “DE” announce her sudden passing on Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 at the young age of 46. De will be lovingly remembered by her best friend and loved one, Cassidy; children Dennis (Brittany), Jeffrey, and Ben (Franky). She will be missed dearly by her grandchildren Rosie and Teagan. Denise will forever be loved by her father Dennis (Sharon) and mother Liz. Never forgotten by her sister Kim (Jay) along with nieces and nephew: Sarah (Jermaine, Treyton, Tyerah and Taijah), Paige, Damon and Erica (Deacon). Her memory will live on through Jay, Kristin, Chris, Dave (Jenn), her extended family and several friends. Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. where the celebration of life will immediately follow at 4:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Denise are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

I am very sorry to hear about Denise. She and Kim and me and my sister Sharon had lots of fun playing together in the neighbourhood and going toboganning in Byron. I will always remember her smile and laugh.
I'm sorry for your loss. I have lots of fond memories of Denise and Kim, riding our bikes all over Byron and Springbank Park together. I remember Denise as always ready for fun, and a free spirit. May she rest in peace.
Ben, Your Montcalm family is thinking about you and your dad. We're keeping you both in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Rest in peace, Denise.

My sincere condolences to Denice's family - we shared a lot of fun growing up, and supported each other through rough times. I hope you can know that you were always valued and appreciated as a friend. I'll remember the Byron pool, playing at the parks, and roller skatingat Wheels.
