So sorry to hear about Mike's passing. You are all in my prayers. Always enjoyed my many conversations with Mike when visiting at Rich and Patti's home. His song has stopped, but his melody lingers on. Pauline...you are fortunate to have such a close family. I'm sure they will help ease your suffering. Love always Tina VanBerkel and Family

Very sad and sorry to hear of Mike's passing, he will be surely missed by all who knew and loved him. He was committed to living life to the fullest and wanted nothing but good things for those who knew him well. We will surely miss his smiling face and outlook on life. To Pauline, Lindsay, Josh & Adam, our thoughts are with you. Rest in Peace Brocky..... Life is like a round of golf With many a turn and twist. But the game is much too sweet and short To curse the shots you’ve missed. Sometimes you’ll hit it straight and far Sometimes the putts roll true. But each round has it’s errant shots And troubles to play through. So always swing with courage No matter what the lie. And never let the hazards Destroy the joy inside. And keep a song within your heart Give thanks that you can play. For the round is much too short and sweet To let it slip away.

Mike Brock my brother the legend. He was larger than life with a laugh that was contagious. He was so many things to so many people. He was a husband, father grandfather, uncle, neighbour, coach, friend and mentor. To me he was my brother. He looked out for me when we were little and beat on me because he could, no one else could just him lol He listened to my problems and protected me when we were older. We covered each others backs and fought like cats and dogs.We also got along most of the time. I looked up to my big brother.I admired him and respected all that he was.I will miss everything about him. I love you to the moon and back Michael Love Jane or Janie as he called me. We will miss Uncle Mike. We will miss Uncle Mike taking us fishing at the Trout farm and fishing on the charter boat. We will miss Uncle Mike's passion for researching and shopping all day for the perfect BMX bike. We will miss how Uncle Mike makes every project into a day of fun. We will miss Uncle Mike's laugh out loud love of life.We will miss Uncle Mike's passion for cooking. We will miss Uncle Mike coming to the baseball games and the football games. Elizabeth and Phillip have been so fortunate to have had an Uncle like Mike who would on so many occasions, go above and beyond. We( Randy and Debbie) are grateful for all of the good times that Mike and Pauline have shared with us, the vacation in South Carolina at Arnold's, weekends at the pool on Guildford every summer, Halloween pumpkin carving nights, shopping trips in Philly. So sorry for your loss. He was one of favourite coaches. Have such fond memories of baseball summer nights growing up! A stand up man. His laugh, his smile, his presence, he was legendary! Much love during this time.

Mike will always be remembered as someone who was larger than life - a loving husband, father and grandfather and a tremendous friend whose generosity and love of life was an example for us all. We are thankful for knowing Mike and Pauline and their family, for hockey games with the kids, for the vacation trips we took together, for the dinners we have shared and for the chance to know them. We had the great good fortune to work with Mike and have benefited greatly from his vision, his entrepreneurial spirit and his wisdom in discovering how to make the food supply chain safe for everyone. Our sincerest condolences in this sad time to our pal Pauline and her family.

~ Mike and Cheryl Rieder

Mike was one of the people you will always remember in life, from his signature laugh to his continuous smile and ability to teach life's lessons so that they can't be forgotten in such a way that you can tell the "story" 20 years later with friends and a big chuckle. He will be sadly missed by anyone who knew him especially family and friends.
