John Douglas “Jack” Waugh

Peacefully with his family by his side at University Hospital on June 8th, 2015, in his 87th year. Beloved husband for 53 years to the late Jane (2009). Loving Dad of David (Claire), Nancy (Scott) Galpin, and Rob. Proud Papa of Mark, Kiersten, Danielle, Katie, Christopher, Neil, Brian and Julia. Jack was a passionate sports enthusiast, a long standing member of Highland Golf and Country Club, and an avid London Knights Hockey fan. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, June 12th, 2015 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jack are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
