I am so sorry for your loss. You have my deepest sympathy.
We are extremely sad to hear of Lois's passing. Lois helped us purchase our first home, which was a very special time for us. For 15 years now, we have received yearly Happy Anniversary cards anong other holiday greetings from Lois. It always puts a smile on our face! Our daughter still cherishes the teddy bear Lois brought to us when she was born. She was a very special lady indeed. Our thoughts are with all her family during this difficult time.
Steven and Courtney, I am so sorry to read of the loss of your Mom. Please accept my sincere condolences.
Jim, Steven, Courtney, Fern, Bill, Patty, Mike and families. We are very sorry to hear of Lois's passing she will be greatly missed. We are unable to attend the funeral but our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Perry, Leslie and family
We were so shocked to hear of Lois' passing. She was our realtor and friend since 1996 and will be greatly missed. She was always so thoughtful to send us calendars, Easter cards and Anniversary cards every year. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very difficult time. Cherish all of the wonderful memories together.
Please accept our sincere condolences. With prayers and courage for the family. Shamidah & Noor-Amin
We were both shocked and saddened to learn of Lois' passing. As long time realtors in the area, we knew and respected her as both a realtor and a person. Our deepest sympathies are extended to all the members of her family. We are sure she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
We regret that we are unable to attend the ceremony. We were saddened to hear of Lois’ passing. When I emailed our daughter Kara Malott to notify her of the newspaper obituary she quickly emailed back “Sorry to hear about Lois. She seemed like a force that would go on for ever.” And that expresses so well how we felt about Lois: she was an incredibly capable person with so much care and energy to expend on clients. She searched for, and helped us find a house in London, a real estate search that took up 4 years of her time!! She was the consummate business lady, always pleasant, and very professional never tiring of showing us dozens of London houses while we waited for our house in the Niagara area to sell. Actually, some Niagara area real estate agents were very happy too when she finally managed to indirectly pull off the sale of our house. Our house was the 4th house in a Domino-effect list of 4 houses for sale: Ours had to sell before the other sales could go through. She got us a reduced price on our current house. We signed the papers for the London house. The Niagara agents went ahead with their 3 other deals, but the London owners decided to NOT sell to us and we were stuck in Niagara without a house. Ours had sold and the London owners tried to take their London house off the market! Then Lois stepped up to the plate and got in touch with the London owners’ family and pointed out that it was a signed and sealed deal. That family agreed with Lois and we got the house. So, our residence at 574 Cayley Drive, London, stands as a monument to her negotiating skills and tenacity. Every year, on the anniversary of our moving in here she would send us an Anniversary card that we looked forward to receiving. In that sense, Lois helped marked our family’s milestones as we began our delightful 16 years of living here in London. We loved her. She was the only person we knew in London before we moved here and we came to think of her as family. We later encouraged other relatives here to buy through her and they did. She was a fine, fine person. She was very proud of her children and enjoyed her chosen field of endeavour. She was, indeed, a blessing to us. We will always remember Lois with kind thoughts and, to honour her, we are making a donation in her name to the charity of her choice. With love and sympathy, Dorothy and David McPherson

We were both shocked and saddened to hear of Lois' passing. She was our realtor for 15 years and sold us all of our 3 homes in that time. She was a beautiful person and we will miss her. Our sympathies are with all of her family.
I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Lois's passing. May her spirit live in your laughter and smiles.
We are sad to hear the loss of a special woman. Lois was a fantastic person, easy going and helpful. She even enjoyed hiding the sale of a house from our"parents" so we could surprise them with a move across the province. (hiding sold signs and lockboxes for us.) She was just that kind of spirit. Our thoughts are with her family and we send our condolences to everyone who's heart she touched. God Bless her always!
I am very saddened to have heard about Lois passing away. We got to know Lois when she helped us sell our Byron home in 2003 and moving to Calgary. As part of our move, Lois was very helpful in linking us up with a real estate agent in Calgary. Over 11 years, we continued to receive notes of thanks, calendars, etc. from Lois. I remember Lois as someone who sincerely cared about people - truly the kind of person that it was very special to have known. I send my sincere sympathy to Lois' whole family.

Courtney & Steve, I'm so sad for you both with the passing of your mom. She was so special... I loved doing her hair and spending that time talking with her about her favorite subject, her kids. She was so proud of you and she always spoke with so much love for you and her family. I cannot imagine your grief right now and I only wish you time .... Take comfort in the fact that one day you will be together again I believe that with all my heart! Glynis
