I had the pleasure of getting to know Marjorie while working at Countryside Manor this year. Marjorie always put a smile on my face - from her little squirrel collection - especially the one with the lipstick on his mouth from her many kisses - to her little puppy who was such a 'darling'. The many stories of Bruce, Lucy and ‘the boys’ where always so nice to hear and the times that she would refer to us as 'sweethearts' always warmed my heart. I have so many memories from my days with her, she was a wonderful lady - I feel blessed to have known her. My thoughts are with her family.

Hello Janice, Our thoughts are with you today. Your Mom was always such a sweetheart and so good to all of us when we were small!! It is hard to believe that we are now considered the "older generation". What fun we had at Aunt Olive's place or your grandparent's home during holiday celebrations!! Hughie is in Ottawa this week and I have an appointment with a specialist that I have been waiting on for 8 months so we will not be able to be with you for the funeral. Please know that we are thinking of you and we are with you in our hearts. Sincerely, Suzanne Clarke Hugh Fletcher

My deepest sympathy to Janice, George, Lucy and the rest of Marjorie's family. Marjorie was a dear sweet lady who will always be remembered and have a special little place in my heart. I will deeply miss her "hello darling" when I go into work.

I have many wonderful memories of working with Marjorie many yrs ago at the old Mc Cormick Home. Her favorite evening break food was of all things Toast with Ketchup ....and I must admit after a dare from her I tried it and still enjoy it to this day. Just keep smiling Marjorie you will be missed!

Our heartfelt sympathy to the family. Please take comfort in knowing many understand no matter how much time has passed there are times when you may still feel, see and think of your loved one being with you as if it was yesterday. So in your loss please accept our continued condolences. We hope the wonderful view for you and your loved one in the Lord's Day in Revelation 21:3,4 help you to continue bearing your loss. There may the words of "no more mourning..pain..tears.." and "..death.." help relieve some of the off and on pain of heart in knowing one day these things will be gone. It brings a smile in thought of such a time to be had as we imagine what it would be like (Luke 11:11-14, 43-44). So please read these scriptures in your Bible or online any time or day at jw.org along with John 5:28,29 and feel fortified and strengthened. Sincerely,

~ A Neighbor
