Surrounded by loving family at University Hospital on Monday, August 5th, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Pauline Harvey (2009). Loving father to Jane Harvey, and Roger Harvey and his wife Ruth Ann. Devoted grandfather to Jordan, Victoria and Brayden. Brother to Douglas Harvey, Fred Harvey, Marg Richards and Shirley Ruston. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Friday, August 9th, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program – Lung Thoracic Disease or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

Jane & Roger My heart is heavy for both of you and your families during this difficult time. Thank you both so much for sharing your Father with me during our childhood the drive ins the day at the beach the sleepovers the cookie jar !! My childhood memories are wonderful memories that include both of you and both of your parents . Rest in peace Mr Harvey you will be missed and never forgotten !!

May the sorrow you feel for the loss of your loved one be turned to to joy in the knowledge that your loved one is in the hands of God and with other family there with him. I wanted to extend my greatest sympathy at this time off loss. I recently lost my mother in June so I know your sadness. I saw the notice in the paper and since I am a Ruston and my Grandmother was a Harvey i have a feeling we are related. Our biggest fan will be missed! He loved the game as much as we do, and we were always glad to have him sit behind the backstop cheering us all on! Our thoughts are with you, Roger and Family.
Rogers & Jane , i would like to send my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear Dad "Herman" I will always remember the good friends and neighbours we had in your Dad & Mom from yrs back. Jerry & your Dad were quite the wood men :)) I hope you can find comfort knowing he is with your Mom again.
