Shiela Lorraine Page

July 12, 2013

Joyously passed into her eternal life on Friday, July 12th, 2013 at Victoria Hospital. Lorry would have celebrated her 70th birthday on July 31st.  Best friend and amazing wife to Wayne Page.  Awesome and supportive mother of Brenda Rennie (Bruce), of Port Credit and Barbara Jones (Ian), of Midland.  Much loved Nana of Charlotte Jones, Joshua Jones and Nicholas Rennie.  Lorry has touched many people with her Christian love and generous friendship:  each person was a very special part of her life.  Visitation will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, July 25th, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., as well as one hour prior to the Celebration of Life being conducted in the chapel on Friday, July 26th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.  You are invited to share lunch with the family following the service.  Those wishing to make memorial donations are asked to consider the Critical Care Trauma Centre at Victoria Hospital.  The family is so thankful for the support received from the C.C.T.C. staff:  their compassion and understanding allowed them to fully focus on Lorry.  They especially want to thank Nurses Barb and Joanne; Doctors Mark, Chris and Phil; and Chaplin Junior.

Dear Wayne, Brenda, Barb and families: We are so very sad to hear Lorry has passed away but happy in knowing her struggle is over and she has gone to a better place. We now have another angel looking over us. We will miss her so much but we have our many memories of our two families, singing around campfires, playing beach volleyball and tobagganing down the hill on New Year's Eve. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Lou & Yvette

Wayne, Brenda, Barbie and all the family: Although it has been many year since we all attended Lorne Park Baptist Church in Mississauga, we have heard of your family over the years and as well I remember Brenda and Barbie as teenagers in the youth group and in Sunday School classes. Mutual friends have kept up informed as to Lorry's progress as she battled this disorder. We send our deepest sympathy and our Christian love as well as a prayer that you will feel the strength of the Holy Spirit at this time..
