Ken always had a great smile. He was a true gentleman. We will never forget his rendition of Bless This House !

It was a great pleasure to know Mr. Monck (as I always called him). He always called me Laurie. We have known Ken and his wifey (as he called her), Elsie for a very long time. Ken and Elsie purchased a trailer and a couple of Class B Vans from us at my father's RV Business, Trailer Mart. We always enjoyed when they came to visit us. Geoffrey and I enjoyed owning the black Bronco, that they traded in on one of the units they purchased from us. On behalf of my dad, A. Martin Maylard and the rest of our family, we send our condolences to the entire family. May God comfort you and keep you strong at this time. Sincerely, The Maylard family

I will always remember Ken and his family. One of the many times that Ken amd I got together Ken would sing "OH DANNY BOY" Ken did not know the words to the song when I first asked him to sing it but Ken did find the words and I have NEVER heard it sung any better. Ken and I worked for the City of London and we were both active in the Local 107 Union. I live in Brantford now but I do get back to London from time to time as I have a brother and sister that live there. God Bless you Ken R.I.P.

Ken's smile, laughter and love of life will be missed by all whose lives he touched. I was proud to have called him Brother for the trust, honesty and leadership he provided his fellow workers. My condolences to all of the family on his passing.

It was great to have Ken as my Uncle. He always had a song in his heart and I enjoyed the manner in which he spoke. It was a delight to talk about his interest in Barbershop Quartets and his trailer in Sauble Beach. I'm going to miss him.

Just a great man to now and to work with. Always honest and willing to help a co-worker I will miss him and his stories. I worked with Ken back in the '70s at the City of London.

I will always remember Uncle Ken's great smile and pleasing personality. Although he was a lot younger than my mom, Bernice, mom always spoke fondly of her brother Ken. I, also, loved to hear him sing. I will always remember being at a concert when Uncle Ken sang "Old Man River" and then had a standing ovation. It was absolutely wonderful. Our condolences to Aunt Elsie and family. Love, Norma & Peter

I had the pleasure of knowing Ken since my childhood years when it seemed like Ken and Elsie were my second set set of parents. Ron my best buddy and myself all these years were inseprable. Ken and Elsie bless their hearts even took me on their family camping vacation out west to Banff and Edmonton in the 1960s. While on the road Ken would break out into song to break the long hours in the car. Ken always seemed to find a bright part of any situation – he always seemed to have that permanent grin on his face that left you wondering what he saw that you missed. Thanks Ken for all the great childhood memories and keep telling those corny jokes so you never lose that sence of humor. My condolances to all of the Monck family.
