Jim and I have just heard of your Mother's passing. Carla, Jim and I were good friends through CIBC and we recently had a lovely conversation together at my own Mother's visitation in St. Thomas. Carla was a wonderful person, and we feel fortunate to have known her. How thoughtful she was to make an appearance after so many years of having little or no contact with her. Kristy and Doug, our most sincere condolences. God Bless her, she was truly one of a kind.
I had the pleasure of working with your Mom at a few branches of CIBC and on lots of projects. She was an excellent banker and a good friend you could always look forward to being with.
I worked with Carla for many years at CIBC St. Thomas and was saddened to hear of her passing. She was a hard worker and willing to help and always had a smile on her face. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
I worked with Carla at Lockyer Spence and I am so shocked and saddened to hear of her death. Carla was an extremely special person, full of jokes, had a positive outlook and was always there if you needed her. I moved to Toronto over 4 years ago and lost touch with Carla, but thought of her often. I will miss her dearly and wish I could make up for lost time. To Kristy and Doug: I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family. Your mom was loved by many.
I worked with Carla at CIBC. She was so much fun and such a special person. She will be sorely missed and my sympathies go to her family. There will be many people thinking of you during this very difficult time.
Dougie, Kristy and Michael, We are so very sorry for the loss of your Mother. We know that she loved you so very much. Tim and I have so many fond memories of times we shared with her. This is a difficult time for all of you but perhaps knowing that she touched so many lives will help you to keep her memory alive. Our deepest condolences.
I was so sorry to see Carla's passing in the TJ. I thought I knew everything in this town but I hadn't heard she was ill. We were partners in crime at Wellington Street School and then reconnected when she left CIBC. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'll pass on the sad news to some of the Wellington gang that's still in town., Suzanne (Sanders) Ferguson
I'm am sadden to hear of Carla's passing. I worked with her at CIBC and I enjoyed her humour. Please accept my sincere condolences and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
Carla and I went through high school together at Parkside. We had fun times back then. We'd hang out after school at her house, and a couple times her Mom took us to Toronto for a shopping day. We all went separate ways after graduating unfortunately. A couple years ago I began looking up old friends. I contacted Carla and we enjoyed the "Prince" concert at Centennial Hall, coffee times out several times, and had hoped to go to Sparta this summer. Life is so short, and we should all keep in touch with friends and family over the years. I wish I had sooner. Thoughts and prayers to Carla's family.

I worked with Carla at the law firm of Lockyer Spence and will always remember the great laughs we had together, along with the Tim Horton's peanut butter cookies we shared. Carla had the biggest heart of anyone I knew and I will always cherish her friendship. My love goes out to her family at this time. May you be comforted, knowing how your Mom was loved, and how much she loved you.

My family lived across the street from Carla's childhood home on Rosebery Place and my siblings and I spent many happy hours playing together in the 60's. I also worked at CIBC as well. My deepest sympathy to Carla's family.

I am so saddened by Carla's passing. I worked with Carla at Lockyer Spence and enjoyed every minute of her company. She was so much fun to be around. She had such a great sense of humour. We had a lot of laughs together. I will never forget our many visits and heart-to-hearts. She often spoke of her children and their accomplishments. My thoughts are with them at this time of loss.
