SIMPSON, Dorothy Eileen (Carpenter) Needham – Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Longworth Nursing Home, London, on Saturday, May 21st, 2011, in her 90th year. Wife of the late Bruce Needham (1958) and the late Stewart Simpson (1990). Cherished mother of John Needham (Mavis), Donna Auckland, Walter Needham (Linda) and Nancy Chevalier. Loving Grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lorna McSpadden (Earl). Predeceased by parents Ross and Bertha Carpenter, son Jim Needham, sister Fern Needham and brother Clayton Carpenter. The funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment, Medway Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Dorothy are asked to consider the charity of their choice.

sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. We were just talking about her at Walt's birthday party. She is now at a well deserved rest. As we didn't know about Dorothy's passing until this morning, we will only be able to be with you in our thoughts.
