With great sadness the family announces the passing of Russell Cook in his 70th year at home on Wednesday, March 30th, 2011, surrounded by his family. Remembering with love, his beloved wife Yvonne (Marlow). Loving father of David Cook (Kristen), Karen Fawcett (David), Debbie Stockwell (Peter) and Vickie Cook (Doug). Also missed by his brothers Earl (Eileen), Bob (Doreen), Lorne Cook  and Robert Perrin as well as by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Ruth. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, April 2nd, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Russell are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre or L’Arche Community Living in Stratford.  Special thanks to Dr. William Thorpe, VON nurses Pauline and P.J., Cancer Clinic and C.C.A.C.  Online condolences may be sent to >www.westviewfuneralchapel.com

Yvonne & Family I was in total shock when Doreen called to say that Russell had passed , It is so short of time after the passing of his mom. Dear Cook Family It is with great sadness that I write this note to you all. We are very sorry to hear about the passing of your father and husband. It has been many years since we have been in contact, but many times we have thought of you all, and remembered the good times. It is truley sad that it is at this time that we are connecting again.
