Kathleen and Warren, we're sorry to hear of your Mother's death. Your folks were the first to offer hospitality after our move to London - we spent a great evening with them looking at photos of the family and the neighbourhood as it was first being developed. There was a photo of the empty lot at 731 (our house) before the house was even built! When Mike went to Sri Lanka with Canada World Youth, your Mother invited him in to see her gem collection and talk about her interest in gems, Sri Lanks being a country with a history in gems. Over the years one could always count on often seeing her working at the front of your house or making her way down Oxford to the mall, always ready to stop and have a chat. She will be missed.
