Peacefully at University Hospital on Wednesday, March 30th, 2011 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Wieger. Loving mother of Bonnie (Duncan), Cathy (Gary) and Cheryl (Al). Cherished ‘Nanny’ of six and ‘GG’ of seven. Loving sister of Evelyn and Helen. Predeceased by her son Terry, brother George and sister Bernice. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, April 3rd, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Private interment at St. George’s Cemetery, Hyde Park. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Marjorie are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre.

Marjorie and all of you so kindly and personally touched our mother Mary and our family members over the brief time we all shared in room 232 at University Hospital.We are honoured to have been in the presence of such a brave and classy woman. We are very sorry for your loss.
Bonnie, Duncn , Cathy and Gary and all the children and great grand children. Marg was a awesome lady and we all will miss her dearly along with her most delicious date squares. Our heart is aching also but may God give you the strenght to carry on.

I am very sorry for your loss. Marj was one of my best friends and we worked together for over 40 years. She was a wonderful lady and friend and got me through alot of tough times when my husband was ill and then passed away. We were help for each other. I am sorry I will not be able to come to the funeral as I am visiting my daughter in BC. I am thinking of you all at this sad time.
