Caroline Boye

December 14, 2010

BOYE, Caroline – Formerly of “Caroline’s Room” Boutique in Byron. Suddenly, on December 14th, 2010 at home, Caroline drifted up to Heaven, after her kind heart tired out. Loving, protective and coolest mother ever to her daughter, Wade Nicole Boye. Doting Nana to her furry feline babies, Bruin and Dolly. Predeceased by her wonderful parents, Blanche and Lester Quesnel (Nana & Poppy). Survived by her many close, caring friends and her sister Sharon “Sean” Taylor of Richmond Hill. Caroline will be remembered as a vibrant, eccentric person, known for loving all things cultural and beautiful “over the top” jewellery, make-up, nails, and knock-out wardrobe, especially animal print. With this in mind, please honor her memory by dawning something of this style to her memorial service which will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Wednesday, December 29th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. with visitation from 3:00-4:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the London Humane Society are welcome. She was my best friend and I loved her. She lit up any space and she knew how to make everything an adventure. "Tell it to me like a story" .............I loved sharing those stories with her. Caroline was so generous and so full of love and I have so many wonderful memories. I can't put on an animal print or a big ring or "kickbutt" boots without thinking of my dear friend. Go in peace my friend....you are always loved, never forgotten and always with me.

You truly were one of a kind my friend. Our times around Auriel's dining room table were always filled with great food, incredible conversation and continuous laughter. You were and always will be the only person on this planet allowed to call me by my full name. 'Till we meet again --- Barbara Jean

Without a doubt you were one of the most amazing people I've ever met ... I am proud to call you a very dear friend. I have so many wonderful memories of our times together and whenever I'm out shopping I always see something and chuckle out loud and say "Caroline would just love this". I loved our adventures together, you, me and Barbara Jean :-) and they were just that, always adventures - never boring. And we'd laugh like we'd never laughed before, we'd eat till our stomachs wouldn't hold any more and we'd shop for the perfect "to die for" outfit and then we'd do it all over again. I'll always remember our times together my friend and you'll always be with us in spirit - we all loved you so very much - and we will meet again ... Auriel

Dear Wade, My heart goes out to you. You may remember that I met your Mom and she made my day by being so sensational and loving to you. When my daughter, Gail passed away, you were there for me and I will never forget your sweetness. Remember the poem you gave me "The rose behind the wall"? So now there is another rose behind the wall. Your Mom's love for you is something that you will always have and if you think about it She is why You are so special love always - Margot

Dear Wade, We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom!!! Her heart and soul is one that touched many and she will always have a special place in my heart. She always had something kind and inspiring to say to me. A very special lady your Mom!! The only person I've met that comes close to her, is you Wade. She was so proud of you and loved you so much and I know she and your Nanna and Poppy will all be with you and you little furkids forever. Caroline's room was where we met and it was history after that. The dining out, shopping trips, drinks and conversation were some of the best times I've had. Her knowledge and interests were vast and her free spirit shon through every time. Late night conversations went on forever and I wouldn't have traded them for the world. Rest in Peace my friend, till we meet again. P.S save a chair for me.- RA
