Dear Shona, Alison, Gillian and Lauren, We will miss Bob tremendously. He was a gentlemen and I am proud to say, one of my best friends. We have alot of memories that we will always cherish. Bob was a devoted husband, a great father and extremely proud of his daughters accomplishments in life. If there is anything at all that we can do please let us know.

~ Cris & Cara Gresser

I did not know Bob well personally. I worked for Bob when he was President of Gates Canada during which time, through his leadership and vision great strides were made with our Joint Venture (JV) partner in Korea/China. Personally, I enjoyed the time I worked for Bob as he was decisive, a great listener, and had a vision for success. The following is directly from the President and Senior Management Team of the JV in Asia who knew Bob well through his involvement with the growth of the Asian manufacturing facilities and business. "That is too sad news. We pray for HART Robert McMahon no pain or illness in the kingdom of heaven. All of HSC, HSBC members would like to express condolence mindfully. Have the consolation of the bereaved families and pray to the God"

~ Bill Farr & Professional Colleagues in Asia

Dear Shona & family, our thoughts are with you at this time of loss. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, by looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.

In life, one gets the opportunity to meet some very special people. Bob Hart is one of those people. He always portrayed very high ethics and a strong character. It was obvious that Bob was fully devoted in anything he was doing, so I am confident he must have fully loved and had continually engaged his family throughout his life. From my time knowing Bob while I was at the Gates Corporation, he always gave to the company and achieved many successes well beyond what he was compensated for and shown appreciation. I am very sad that Bob has died, but I am very happy that I got to know someone as special as he is. I always believe that Heaven is a better place and that our path to Heaven starts today. I am sure that Bob is now free of pain and worry and is very happy in Heaven with God, still seeing us and loving his family. God bless you all.

My sincere condolences to the Hart family on their loss. I consider myself a better person for having known Bob during the years I worked for him at Gates. Bob's focus, dedication, patience and passion were evident in everything he did. The things he taught me will be with me forever. The flags at our facility fly at half mast today out of respect.
