Milly, On thursday I found out that my favourite patient had left us. I loved your son and looked forward to hearing his voice at the other end of the line or when he came in to the clinic. He was an awesome man and I am soo sorry to hear that he is gone. I keep in mind that he is far from pain now, but I guess I am being a bit selfish in wishing he was still here to make me laugh and smile. Milly, you are not far from our thoughts and know that if there is anything that I or anyone on the team at BFMC can do for you, I am only a phone call away. He was the man he was cause of the love that you had given him. My deepest condolences to you and your family. Jenn
Mildred, we were so sad to hear the news about Mike - and sorry that we can not be there with you. This year we decided not to leave our winter home of Puerto Vallarta but to spend the summer here as well. We did not visit often but always enjoyed seeing you and Mike when we were in the area - he was always upbeat about life and will be missed. Love always, Brian & Hazel

Mildred, Please know that although I am unable to be there with the family I am thinking about all of you. I have wonderful memories of Mike's sense of humour and, of course, always teasing everyone! Lots of love from the UK. Joelle
