Wendy Ruth Maginnis

Lost to us at Victoria Hospital on the 21st of June 2010 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of Robert A. (Bob) Maginnis, cherished second-mother to Kate (Jamie Hayes) and Robert A. Maginnis, Jr. (Mandy) and second-grandmother to Morgan and Justin Maginnis. Treasured sister of Rhonda Wilson (Janie Harding), her only surviving sibling. Sister-in-law to Paul D. Maginnis (Donna) and Hayden B. J. Maginnis. Loved and admired by many friends. Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Thursday, June 24th, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, and on Friday, June 25th from 10-11 am. A meeting of remembrance will be held in the chapel on Friday, June 25th at 11:00 am followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, Wendy requested that donations be made to the Oncology Unit C-7 at Victoria Hospital, London. The family expresses its deepest thanks to the staff of that and the palliative care unit for their caring attentions.
