Peacefully with his family at his side at University Hospital on Thursday, August 25th, 2011 in his 75th year. Remembered by his loving wife of 50 years, Pat (McCartney). Predeceased by his parents Russell and Lillian (Cox) Moulton.  Son-in-law of Edith and the late Bruce McCartney.  Loving father of Debbie and her partner John Easton of London, Susan and husband Jamie Deakin of Arva, Alyson of London, and Tommy and wife Karen of Nashville. Also loved by his seven grandchildren, Danny and Kristen Miles; Sarah and Laura “LoLo” Deakin; and Dylan, Chase and Ty Moulton. Dear brother of Betty Davey and husband Ron.  Brother-in-law of John (Maureen) McCartney and Nancy (John) Hamilton. Dear uncle of Nicole and husband Stefanos Makris and Ronny Davey and great-uncle of Evan and Alexandria Makris. Loving nephew of Joe Cox and wife Anne. Survived by many cousins, nephews and long-time friends. Sadly missed by his dog, Maddy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, London, on Tuesday, August 30th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tom are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation.
