Mark and Suzanne GeorgeThis has been such a difficult time we are so very sorry for your loss may joy filled memories soon overshadow the sadness.
Maria van der VeldenLiz, I am so sorry to hear of your mum's passing. I saw her only a few months ago, and she was the same non-judgmental, caring individual that I remember when she and I were teens at Oakridge. I saw her again only a few months ago, and she was the same. It was uplifting to see her. I saw these things reflected in you, when you showed up in my Writer's Craft class several years ago. You are your mother's daughter, and her legacy lives on in you. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Ted & Chris Isard Our condolences and hugs to the Slade & Skinner families. Our memories of Carol always include her smile and laughter but most of all they include seeing her strength, courage and determination. Her friendship is a gift we will always treasure and of course to all of us she is family!
Nana TiroleseDear Skinner family, I was very sad to hear of Carol's passing. We always admired her as a teacher and were very pleased to have Nadia in her grade 3 class so many years ago. My family and I made a point of visiting her in her new classroom after the Clara Brenton renovations. She was genuinely happy to see us and we to see her. She was always cheerful and friendly and we will carry our warm memories of her for years to come. My heart goes out to you all in this difficult time. -- From the Tirolese family--
