ErnestineDear Family my sincere condolence and deepest sympathy. Losing a loved one is heartbreaking. May the fond memories that you have shared over the years bring warmth to your hearts. May the trust worthy promises of our Heavenly Father Jehovah soothe you and give you strength to cope with the days ahead. Revelation 21:4 John 5:28,29 1Thessalonians 4:13 Ps 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress.
Edith and Ralph NobleTo Doug's family, I was a long time friend to Carol since we were in pre teens, I stood up with Carol and Doug when they married. Kim and Lynn were born just a few days after our son Kirk was born and I have many pictures of the babies together. Our deepest sympathy to you at the loss of a great guy but know they are together eternally. Thinking of you at this time, Edith (Galbraith) and Ralph Noble.
Liz & Ted ClarkDear Humphrey Family: Remembering Doug in happier times. Thankful he is now at home with the Saviour he loved and served. Thinking of all of you at this time, Sincerely, Ted & Liz
Glen McDonaldDoug was my vice-principal at CASS in the 1970's and we were brothers in the Lord. We also took a principal's qualification summer course at York University at that time and I had the dubious pleasure of driving back and forth on weekends with Doug in his red MGA roadster given its question-able reliability. On another occasion, he and Freda Crunden were stranded when roads to Tillsonburg were closed due to a winter storm and they overnighted with us in Woodstock. His strong faith never wavered through life's challenges and he has left a great legacy for you. Sincerely, Glen McDonald, former Principal of CASS
Harvey CowanDoug was one of the most conscientious V-Ps with whom I had the pleasure of working(Annandale ).We have enjoyed the Humphrey Family Gospel Music for many years. Our condolences to all Family members. Well done Doug, rest in peace.
liz To Doug's family, Doug served with much love and dedication on the board of People Internationa as well as interm directorl. He put much work into getting the mission accredited as a charity with the govt of Canada. We stand on the shoulders of giants. Thank you for including PI as a memorial to honor Doug. I will ensure the rest of the PI family becomes aware of Doug's home going.
