Rick HalfordIt is with sadness in my heart that I write a final note to Liz. I went to high school with Liz and, along with a close group of friends, we shared many good times. If there was anything about Liz that really stood out, it was her very positive nature. There was only sunshine. Years passed by, albeit too quickly. I reconnected with Liz over 18 months ago after reading of her impressive achievements over the years. It was as if time had never elapsed. It was then Liz advised me of the darkness, yet her inner strength persevered. My heart and prayers remained with Liz from that moment. There is no doubt Liz brought forth warmth and zeal to any environment; she was so genuine. I will always remember. Con amore, Rick
