SMITH, William Albert “Bert” – Passed away at University Hospital on Tuesday, December 7^th, 2010 in his 89^th year.  Beloved husband of Ruth (Petrie) Smith.  Loving father to Cheryl “Sherry” Jordan and her husband Rick of London and Canon Gregory William Smith and Marque Smith of London.  Also loved by his 6 grandchildren: Sean (Jennifer), Mark (Maxine), Scott (Jill) Wheatley, Andrew (Melissa), Cate, Paul (Chantel) Smith as well as by his 8 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of Sheila Gristey (Bill) of London and “Gus” Smith (Laura) of Thorndale.  Predeceased by his sister Pat Cumberland and brother Barry “Red” Smith.  Bert was a Past Master of St. John’s Lodge 209a.  A memorial service will be held at Christ Anglican Church, 138 Wellington Street (at Hill), on Saturday, January 15^th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bert are asked to consider the Christ Anglican Church London or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.  Online condolences available at www.westviewfuneralchapel.com
