Book of Condolences

Patrick DunningTo the Sweeney's, My deepest condolences go out to you and yours during this difficult time. John was such a presence in life and for all of those around him. A sweet soul that has left this world too early. I have an enormous amount of fond memories from times that I have shared with John over the course of many years. These are memories that will never fade, that will always be accompanied by the glow of his smile, his friendship, and his individualism that made him so special. I will cherish these for the rest of my life. He will not be forgotten. Love to all of you, Patrick Dunning
Kelly O'HaganMy thoughts go out to John's family and friends. There are no words to help take the pain away, if there were, all of us would send them a thousand times over. Greg HowardTo the Sweeneys My heart goes out to you in this time of loss and perhaps celebration of Johns life. I will never forget John and what he meant to me. In my absence over the years I have often thought about him. He will always be the gentle soul that touched my heart as a young man; he brought me home to you and exposed me to your comfort and love. John will continue to be a positive influence on my life and those around me. He was the most genuine person that I have had the pleasure of knowing. We had so many adventures within our group of friends as we navigated through adolescence and sculpted ourselves into men; at the time we didnt realize that we were experiencing something unique, something special. I will miss my old friend. Howie

Linda SteelNO parent should ever have to bury a child. I have no hopeful or comforting words to offer, or tell you it gets better or ever makes any kind of sense. I can only tell you: love does not end (and maybe that is why these things hurt so much) and from a card I received: " Those we hold in our arms for a brief while, we hold in our hearts forever". With great sadness and great affection, Linda Steel
