Jimmy Miller and familyDear Cyndie & Doug: My thoughts are with you and your families during this time of sadness over the passing of your father and my Uncle Dave. Our families were intertwined for many many years. Your fathers love of campfire songs has been passed on to me, my children and everyone that has ever sat with me around a camp fire. A child's life is shaped by role models, please know that your father had a profound influence on my life and many young people in our community. Jimmy
Susan GosneyAhhhh....I'm sorry. Your father was such a good man! He got me involved in cubbing so many years ago. We used to have such fun at our meetings and camping. He was such a giving person and just loved sharing his love of the outdoors with kids. I'm sure there are many men today who are better for having Akela in their lives! I'll miss him and I know my brother Jihn will as well. Your parents and our parents made lots of great memories together and both valued their friendship. Dave and Pauline Bancroft always have our utmost respect and love! Susan Gosney and The Gosney Family
